1. An Established Roadmap

The Church Renewal mentoring pathway is an established roadmap which will save you time, energy, and resources. You'll discover biblical principles and practices required for renewal, as well as practical wisdom for leading your church.

2. Weekly Online Mentoring

Connect online with fellow pastors in your mentoring group each week to be uplifted, encouraged, and strengthened. Your volunteer coach, who is experienced in the renewal journey, will offer guidance and support along the way.

3. Resources and Tools

Alongside the comprehensive implementation manuals, you will also be equipped with seminars, retreats, small group materials, and sermon notes, to help you renew and equip your church to make disciples.

4. Free of Charge

Through the kindness of our donors, we are able to offer mentoring and resources at no cost. In exchange, we ask only for active participation in a mentoring group.

We Understand the Challenges of Leading a Church

With 30 years of experience as a lead pastor, our founder Ray Duerksen knows the challenges of leading a church firsthand. He led Southland Church in Steinbach, Manitoba for 22 years, growing attendance from 150 to over 4500 each weekend.

Through his experience, Ray discovered biblical principles and practices essential for renewing a church. In 2012, he founded Church Renewal International to share these principles with other pastors and equip them for their own ministries.
