Church Renewal International (CRI) is seeking a half-time Administrator to support CRI’s mentoring groups. This is an in-person position based at CRI’s head office in Steinbach, Manitoba.
This role requires clear communication, careful organization, and reliable follow-through as the Administrator helps coordinate pastor intake, group placement, schedules, records, and follow-up.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for CRI mentoring groups in alignment with established standards and processes.
Assist with pastor intake, waiting lists, and placement in suitable mentoring groups.
Help pastors get set up on CRI’s mentoring platform and provide basic training and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate schedules, participant records, attendance information, and group progress details.
Support group startup, transitions, and completion.
Send timely updates, reminders, and follow-up communication to pastors, mentoring group leaders, participants, and CRI team members.
